DISCOVER WHAT’S COMING AT NEW YORK COMIC CON 2018!
New York Comic Con, the largest pop culture event in the East Coast of the United States is almost here! Fans can come gather around New York City from October 4-7, 2018 to celebrate and explore the world of comic books, anime, manga, video games, toys, movies, and TV.
This will be a very anticipating event for Dragon Ball fans especially. New York Comic Con will welcome the Dragon Ball North America Tour as it makes its fifth stop across the nation. Fans can find the tour site located on the show floor inside Javits Center. While exploring the tour space, prepare yourself to discover demos of exciting games such as Dragon Ball FighterZ and the Dragon Ball Super Card Game, one-of-a-kind figures, and unforgettable photo ops. After you’re done with the tour, you can simply walk next door to Booth #1628 where the Toei Animation booth will be. There will be a room dedicated to the long-running and beloved anime “One Piece” where attendees can explore the current Whole Cake Island saga! Keep exploring the booth, you will find life-size statues of SSGSS Blue Vegeta and Goku from Dragon Ball Super!
Before you exit the Toei Animation Booth, don’t forget to create your souvenir GIF pictures. Fans can choose between four amazing backgrounds from four incredible shows; “One Piece”, “Dragon Ball Super”, “Digimon Adventure tri.”, & “Sailor Moon”. Finally, in anticipation of the upcoming film, Dragon Ball Super: Broly, there will be a special panel on October 5, 2018 at 6:00pm inside The Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. Hosted by Funimation, the Dragon Ball Super: Broly panel will feature the English dub cast including Sean Schemmel (English voice of Goku), plus Masako Nozawa (Japanese voice of Goku), & director Tatsuya Nagamine.
